Mile Davidovic, citizen of the world, born on November 18th in the sign of the zodiac as a double Scorpio in the area of former Yugoslavia in close proximity of the village Hlebine, world known for the School of naive painting (Generalic, Lackovic, Kovacic, Vecenaj…). After Podravska Slatina he lived in Mostar, Bijeljina (where he finished Elementary school, High School and Musical School). He has lived in Belgrade since 1977 where he finished Advanced Business School. In his youth he was engaged in sports, folklore and modern dance and afterwards he worked as Head of the Marketing Sector in Film News, cameraman on Television SOS, reporter for the magazine Satelit TV in Athens, Greece where he lived for six years. He is the author of the first videocassette about computers in former Yugoslavia and book about life abroad. His love for art he discovered during studies of Economy and decided to start painting. His paintings have been exhibited in around 400 exhibitions in nearly 50 countries on all the five continents and can be found in many Yugoslav and foreign galleries as well as private collections. On the international exhibitions of naive art he has been awarded many recognitions and prizes. He has always given his paintings and financial means for humanitarian actions. Since March 2002 he is a member of the International Association of Naive Art seated in Paris mainly thanks to Mrs Martine Clouet who knew how to notice his extraordinary talent. Since that day the whole world is his. Since October 2005 he is a president of the Naive art association seated in Belgrade.
